PEERS for Young Adults at First Expressions!

We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of our social skills group, in 2026 – designed to support Young Adults (18-35+) in developing meaningful connections, building confidence, and strengthening communication skills in a way that honors their unique way of experiencing the world.

For any Young Adults who want to learn how to navigate conversations, understand social cues, or simply looking for a safe space to practice interaction – we’re here to support them with compassion and respect for who they are.

Program Format:

  • 16 week program
  • 90 minutes sessions
  • Weekly homework assignments
  • Social coaching groups

What to Expect:

  • Evidence-based curriculum and strategies
  • Affirming, strength-based groups led by a therapist trained  in leading social skills groups

  • Age-appropriate sessions tailored to developmental needs

  • Support for neurodivergent learners in a safe, inclusive environment

  • Focus on connection over correction

  • Caregiver coaching

  • Entering Exiting Group Conversations
